1. Your blog must be relevant to the products you want to sell.

So if you want to sell First Date Magic, your blog should be about dating and true love.

2. Your blog should look different to every one else’s.

There are dozens of templates you can use, but if your blog looks like every other one, people will get bored, and it won’t rank as well – Google like things to be different, because it shows their web-spiders that the page has been created by a person, not by machine.

So go ahead and start off with a template, but just change the odd thing or two and you’ll be OK.

3. Be subtle about promoting your affiliate products.

A blog is not a sales page. People go to blogs for fresh information and entertainment. So make sure you have good content, that’s worth viewing. Feel free to grab stuff from our Articles page to use in your blog and as idea starters for creating your own material.

4. Make your content interesting with pics, audio and video.

Boring blogs are no good. They need to be worth people’s time to visit, so keep your content fresh and interesting.
